Seeds of Carver Urban Farm Collective is a small organic community garden in the West Adams neighborhood, proudly named in honor of George Washington Carver, the esteemed African-American researcher and agricultural scientist. Since 2011, we have been dedicated to addressing healthy food access, food sovereignty, and creating healthy environments for the residents of South LA, particularly those in Council District 10.

We research and apply scientific methods for bioremediation within our small ecosystem striving to solve issues related to food deserts, air pollution, and soil pollution. Our mission is to connect with the community and work together to cultivate a sustainable, healthy, and empowered neighborhood.
